HR Administrative Assistant, Perry, Georgia

Interfor is seeking energetic and enthusiastic team players to join our team as a HR Administrative Assistant in Perry, Georgia. Starting rate for this position is $21.33.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administrative with greeting
    and direct visitors.
  • Update Company postings in
    Viftele message boards.
  • Operational Reporting / Data Entry by entering Daily QC reports and Ad Hoc account/operations reporting
  • Coordinate monthly Business Review report with leadership team
  • Assist all employees with HR, benefit and payroll related queries or requests and act as liaison with various internal and external resources as needed.
  • Assist in producing various HR reports, spread sheets, etc.
  • Maintain employee database and personnel files and ensure proper procedures are in place for safeguarding of confidential information.
  • Responsible for filing, printing, copying, recordkeeping, preparing for training sessions, and other duties associated with meeting preparations.
  • Assist with recruiting functions, such as, screening resumes, setting up interviews or hiring events, reference checks.
  • Answer phones and accurately direct caller inquiries.
  • Assist as a HR point of contact for employees.
  • Other duties as required.
