HR Administrative Assistant, Perry, Georgia
Interfor is seeking energetic and enthusiastic team players to join our team as a HR Administrative Assistant in Perry, Georgia. Starting rate for this position is $21.33.
What You’ll Do:
- Administrative with greeting
and direct visitors. - Update Company postings in
Viftele message boards. - Operational Reporting / Data Entry by entering Daily QC reports and Ad Hoc account/operations reporting
- Coordinate monthly Business Review report with leadership team
- Assist all employees with HR, benefit and payroll related queries or requests and act as liaison with various internal and external resources as needed.
- Assist in producing various HR reports, spread sheets, etc.
- Maintain employee database and personnel files and ensure proper procedures are in place for safeguarding of confidential information.
- Responsible for filing, printing, copying, recordkeeping, preparing for training sessions, and other duties associated with meeting preparations.
- Assist with recruiting functions, such as, screening resumes, setting up interviews or hiring events, reference checks.
- Answer phones and accurately direct caller inquiries.
- Assist as a HR point of contact for employees.
- Other duties as required.
