What We Offer
Interfor offers a competitive salary based on experience, skills, and
qualifications, with an expected range of $104,000 – $135,000 (CAD) per

What You’ll Do

  • Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of developers, fostering innovation and high performance.
  • Development: Oversee the design, integration, and enhancement of custom, cloud-ready business applications.
  • Strategy: Drive the business systems roadmap, aligning solutions with organizational goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Innovation: Champion the adoption of AI tools, cloud migration, and best practices to keep Interfor at the industry forefront.

What You Offer

  • Technical Expertise: Deep experience with DevOps, SDLC, .NET, Azure, and modern application frameworks.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end software development lifecycles.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Agility: Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban; thrives in dynamic environments.
  • Customer Focus: Exceptional service orientation and ability to deliver solutions that drive business value.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 8+ years in Information Technology and 5+ years within an Application Development team.
