What We Offer
The salary range for this role is $72,000 to $89,000 per year and
is based on experience, skills, and qualifications. The total compensation

Highlights of the Role
- Lead Strategic Projects: Define
project vision, scope, and success metrics; manage integrated plans and
ensure alignment with enterprise goals. - Drive Execution Excellence: Oversee
full project lifecycle using PMO frameworks, KPIs, and tools like MS
Project and Power BI. - Engage Stakeholders: Build
trust with executives and business partners through clear communication
and steering committee facilitation. - Mentor Teams: Support
and develop Project Coordinators and Business Analysts, fostering a
culture of collaboration and accountability. - Advance PMO Practices: Improve
methodologies, templates, and tools; lead lessons-learned reviews and
embed best practices. - Support Portfolio Management: Provide
insights on resource use, project health, and strategic alignment.
What You Bring to the Role
- 7+ years of project management experience, including 3+ in senior roles, with a proven track record in enterprise IT delivery.
- PMP certification required; Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or SAFe preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with a bias for action and results.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities.
- Industry experience in forestry or manufacturing is an asset; occasional travel required.
