Quality Control Supervisor, Monticello, Arkansas
When you join
our team as Quality Control Supervisor, you will manage and improve
lumber recovery, grade recovery, and overall product quality, while
ensuring compliance with Interfor grade specifications and customer
requirements.
This role is
based on-site at the sawmill located at 211 Old Troy Rd, Monticello, AR 71655.

What
You’ll Do
- Lead safety
by example and ensure all quality processes meet required standards. - Oversee
quality control programs, audits, and follow‑up on out‑of‑spec issues. - Optimize
production systems to maximize lumber value, grade, and recovery. - Partner with
production, maintenance, sales, and external inspectors to resolve quality
issues and drive improvements.
What You
Offer
- At least 3
years of quality control experience in the wood products industry - Strong
understanding of lumber manufacturing and knowledge of lumber grading - Experience
with optimization technology - Comfort
supervising a team - Motivated,
organized self‑starter who pays attention to detail, communicates well, works
well with others and handles pressure
