As a Maintenance Supervisor at
Interfor, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our mill running smoothly and

What We Offer
Interfor offers a competitive salary based on experience, skills, and
qualifications, with an expected range of $110,000 – $125,000 (CAD) per

Highlights of the Role

  • Safety Leadership: Lead and supervise the maintenance crew, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee and optimize maintenance activities using CMMS.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure equipment reliability through planning and troubleshooting.
  • Personnel Management: Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate maintenance projects and budgets.

What You Offer

  • Industrial Experience: 3–5 years in industrial maintenance; wood products and supervision preferred.
  • Technical Qualifications: Post-secondary education or journeyman certification is an asset.
  • Tech-Savvy & Safety Knowledge: Proficiency with CMMS/computer applications; safety regulations knowledge.
