expertise in automation and electrical systems. Your focus will be on
continuous improvement, efficient maintenance practices, and modernization of
control systems to maximize mill uptime and performance.

Expected range: $110,000 –
$130,000 (CAD) per annum

What You’ll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute daily electrical tasks and capital improvement projects.
- Troubleshoot and upgrade automation systems, including PLCs and VFDs.
- Support control system upgrades and lead the transition from legacy platforms.
- Mentor, train, and develop the electrical team while promoting safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance process control and equipment reliability.
What You Offer
- Minimum 5 years as an industrial electrician, with at least 2 in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with PLC/HMI programming and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, drives, and automation controls.
- Skilled in CMMS use, schematics interpretation, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communicator with proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Interprovincial Red Seal ticket or equivalent required.
