Certified Millwright, Chase, British Columbia
Interfor is seeking energetic and enthusiastic team players to join our team as a Certified Millwright in Chase. Starting rate for this position is $47.01 per hour.
This position is eligible for our signing bonus program.
Applicants should live in or be willing to relocate to the Adams/Shuswap Lakes area. This is not a camp or remote work facility. A relocation package may be available.
What You’ll Do
· Work in a safe and efficient manner while following all safety rules and regulations.
· Preventive maintenance, repair and breakdown maintenance of sawmill, planer and kiln hot oil system equipment.
· Fabricate, construct, and install equipment and machinery with the use of blueprints and diagrams.
· Solve problems and work as part of a team focused on machine reliability and breakdown prevention.
· Available to work days, afternoon, graveyard, or weekend shifts.
