What You’ll Do
- Planning & Scheduling: Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, ensuring efficient workflows and minimal operational interruptions.
- Systems Management: Manage CMMS/EAM systems, maintain accurate records, and implement best practices for maintenance processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support tradespeople, fostering productivity, safety, and effective communication across teams.
- Resource Coordination: Organize tools, materials, and contractors; develop job scopes, estimates, and schedules to meet operational needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze data, monitor performance, and drive improvements in maintenance efficiency, cost savings, and compliance.
