Summer Student Worker Progarm, Monticello,
Arkansas
Interfor is seeking a SUMMER STUDENT WORKER to
support mill operations during the peak summer season in Monticello, Arkansas.
This role offers students hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing
environment while assisting production teams with essential daily tasks. The
pay rate for position is $16.00 per hour.
What You’ll Do
- Complete clean-up and ground maintenance of regularly assigned areas.
- Perform manual labor while working both independently and as part of a team.
- Assist with material deliveries and other related duties.
- Perform any other work-related task deemed necessary by the supervisor.
What You Offer
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High School Diploma/College Student/Equivalent Preferred.
- Able and willing to work in varying seasonal climate conditions.
- Team-oriented with a strong commitment to excellence.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Physical Requirements: Walking, standing, climbing, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
