Accountant, Miramichi, New Brunswick
When you join our team as an Accountant, you will handle accounts receivable activities, resolve billing and payment inquiries, process contractor payments, and provide general financial and analytical support. The role also includes preparing invoices and managing chargebacks related to applicable programs and services.

What You’ll Do
- Process and reconcile accounts receivable, including analyzing remittance advices and monitoring outstanding balances
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to contractors and resolve supplier inquiries related to deliveries and invoices
- Process work tickets and manual invoices, maintaining accurate records and preventing duplicate payments
- Provide ad hoc analytical and reporting support
What You Bring
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
- 3+ years of experience with accounts receivable
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office
