The Production Manager is responsible for the overall safety, operation and performance of the mill.

What You’ll Do
-
Maintain the highest standards for safety performance, leading with an impeccable personal example and a well communicated vision.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including the sawmill, planer and maintenance departments.

Establish and maintain quality and production
standards for all departments -
Maintain clear communication between internal staff
and crew to facilitate optimum performance
What You Offer

Fluently bilingual in French & English (required)
-
6+ years of sawmill supervisory experience

Skilled in all phases of sawmill/planer operations with mechanical/electrical aptitude

Computer literate, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
