What You’ll Do
- Lead by example on safety, upholding high standards and ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Supervise and support the maintenance crew, setting direction, managing performance and leading team meetings to keep everyone aligned and engaged.
- Oversee maintenance planning and execution, driving equipment reliability and minimizing downtime to keep the sawmill, planer mill and kilns running efficiently.
What You Offer
- Fluent in French, with strong spoken and comprehension skills to effectively communicate with your Francophone team.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience supervising industrial maintenance teams
- A strong leader with a safety-first mindset, skilled in communication and teamwork, detail and results oriented, and able to stay organized and effective under pressure and deadlines.
