What You’ll Do
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies
- Oversee daily electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
- Work closely with maintenance and production teams to resolve issues
- Implement process improvements to maximize plant efficiency and reliability
- Mentor and develop the electrical team to achieve high standards
What You Offer
- Valid Red Seal Electrician Certification or Interprovincial Electrical License is required
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician
- Proficient in PLCs, automation systems, and troubleshooting complex equipment
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to safety and teamwork
