This position requires you
to be on-site to perform the job duties and ideally the candidate will start in
May 2026 and be available for 4-8 months.

    starting from $3,300 per month (based on your year in
    school and previous experience).

What You’ll Do

Join our team as an Operations or Maintenance Trainee and
gain hands-on experience in a dynamic mill environment. In these roles, you’ll
support production, quality assurance, and maintenance activities while
tackling real-world challenges. From analyzing data and improving processes to
enhancing safety and efficiency, you’ll contribute to continuous improvement
initiatives and learn from experienced leaders. Whether you’re interested in
operations or maintenance, this opportunity offers practical exposure to
industrial systems, leadership, and problem-solving; skills that will set you
apart beyond the classroom.

What You Offer

  • Working towards a degree or diploma in
    Wood Products Processing, Business, Operations Management, Engineering
    (Industrial or Mechanical), or any industry-related degree/diploma.
  • Commitment to maintain a safe work

  • Desire to perform hands-on work in an
    industrial environment.
