What You’ll Do
- Financial Planning: Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial statements for the division
- Operational Support: Partner with mill leadership to analyze performance and support decision-making
- Analysis & Insights: Evaluate revenue, spending trends, and financial commitments
- Month-End Close: Perform reconciliations, inventory valuation, accruals, and production reporting
- Controls & Compliance: Maintain internal controls, support audits, and complete external reporting
What You Offer
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounting; manufacturing experience preferred
- Education: Degree in Accounting or Business; CPA designation preferred
- Technical Skills: Strong Excel and financial analysis capabilities
- Work Style: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Collaboration: Strong communicator with ability to work independently and within teams
