Certified Electrician, Chase, British Columbia
Interfor is seeking
energetic and enthusiastic team players to join our team as a Certified Electrician in Chase.
Starting rate for this position is $46.09 per hour.
This position
is eligible for our signing bonus program.
Applicants should live in
or be willing to relocate to the Adams/ Shuswap Lakes area. This is not a camp
or remote work facility. A relocation package may be available.
What You’ll Do
- Work in a safe and efficient manner while following
all safety rules and regulations. - Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of
sawmill, planer and kiln hot oil system electrical equipment and controls. - Set up, troubleshoot, and repair PLC and
HMI systems. - Solve problems and work as part of a team
focused on machine reliability and breakdown prevention.
What You Offer
- Red Seal Electrician certification with a strong
working knowledge in PLC. - Strong safety background.
